The name Aldka originally refers to an open air, elevated reception area used to welcome guests. Saudi Arabian food is rich, dynamic and diverse and that is truly reflected in our menu. It is also heavily influenced by its interactions and proximity to other cultures. In our menu, you will come across dishes from the north of the country that differs from those of the south, east or west.
You will also see dishes that were historically not an item in Saudi menus, but with time have become a staple dish, for example rice.
Our values at Aldka are inspired from the meaning and values of the name. Our motivation and privilege is to provide authentic and tasty food that we are accountable and proud of. At Aldka, we aspire to provide a sample of the endless variations in the tastes and textures of Saudi Arabian food. We focus on providing the same attributes that we seek for ourselves.
