By registering and using the website esouq.online (“Site”), the User agrees to comply with the following Terms of Service and Listing Rules, which govern the publication of advertisements (both free and paid) on the platform.
These rules apply to all users without exception and are intended to ensure transparency, legality, and fair use of the service.
1. General Terms
- By creating an account and submitting content to the Site, the User agrees to these rules in full.
- These rules apply to both free listings and paid services (e.g., Premium or VIP ads).
- The User assumes full responsibility for the content they publish and any consequences resulting from its publication.
2. Content Responsibility
The User agrees not to post any content that violates:
- Applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates or any relevant jurisdiction
- The rights of third parties (e.g., intellectual property, privacy, reputation)
- The internal rules and moderation policies of esouq.online
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Offensive, abusive, or defamatory language
- Illegal goods or services (e.g., weapons, narcotics, counterfeit items)
- Adult or sexually explicit content (unless posted in permitted categories with legal compliance)
3. Moderation and Blocking of Listings
- All listings (free and paid) are subject to moderation by the Site Administration.
- Paid listings (Premium/VIP) do not exempt the User from complying with the rules. If a paid listing violates the rules or legal regulations, it may be blocked without refund.
- The Site Administration reserves the right to:
- Review, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion
- Temporarily or permanently restrict access to certain features or the User’s account
- Suspend publication of listings that receive repeated complaints from other users
4. Repeated Violations & Complaints
- In the case of systematic violations of the Site's rules or confirmed user complaints, the Site Administration has the right to:
- Refuse the publication of further listings
- Deactivate the User’s account either temporarily or permanently
- Report unlawful behavior to competent authorities if required by law
5. No Obligation to Publish
- The Site Administration reserves the exclusive right to decline or remove any listing without prior notice if:
- The content appears suspicious, unsafe, or illegal
- The User has a history of violations or complaints
- The ad format or category selection is deemed inappropriate
- Publication of a listing does not imply the Site’s endorsement or legal validation of its content.
6. User Agreement
By continuing to use the Site, the User confirms that:
- They are at least 16 years old
- They understand and accept the Privacy Policy
- They agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
