Al Fakhar is an Arabic term means pottery, Al Tanour is an Arabic term means oven, in Al Fakhar W Al Tanour restaurant we serve variety of authentic traditional plates in one of the very famous ways our elders used and still cook their foods with, After marinating the meat, chicken or shrimp, we place it a pottery (Al Fakhar) with our signature spices and recipes and then into the oven (Al Tanour) where we make sure the food gets cooked on the preservative heat to assure a juicy and tasteful plates! Along with that we are into preparing and cooking a variety of plates from different cuisines more particularly Palestine and Jordan such as the famous MANSAF & mouthwatering MADFOON (ZARB) and off course our signature SHWARMA had to take place in our kitchen while our bread is being baked in our ovens.
