We conduct a thorough consultation of the patient, with the holistic approach, focusing on your physical and mental needs. Based on the consultation, an individual treatment plan is prepared to provide optimal recovery from the injury.
Our examination starts with the patient explaining about his/her medical history and lifestyle. Thereafter we go thru a series of functional tests to establish the source of the problem. Pain and injury is often a symptom of one or more imbalances in the body, and it therefore crucial to find these underlying issues to provide the correct diagnosis and an efficient treatment plan.
Each patient will also be instructed in correct technique, posture training (neuromuscular re-education), flexibility and strength training. By taking active part in the treatment, you will recover faster and be less likely to get injured again. Even the smallest and simplest exercises can make a huge difference.
