We humbly came into existence way back in 1989, as "Al Zahi Décor L.L.C."​ (rebranded as our flagship company, AZ Décor), one of the major players in the industry as an Interior Design, Fit Out and Exhibition Contract Organization based in Dubai, U.A.E. and have since been handling various projects of different sizes and magnitudes both locally and internationally.



AZ Décor aims to be the premier manufacturer and supplier of high-quality products and services for wooden, metal and acrylic materials in the fit out industry.

Al Zahi Group of Companies was founded by long-time Dubai-based business partners, Ashok Pillai and Stanley Mathews, with the singular aim of incubating and seed-funding new business ideas and minimum viable products (MVPs) through strategic alliances with industry experts and visionary market players. Current ventures include holistic healthcare market leader, "Dr. Shyam's Ayurveda Centre"​, hospitality innovator, "Wagon Restaurant Management"​ and Bangalore-based DuPont Corian licensed manufacturer, "DesignArt"​.
