  • To invest with a controlling interest in business models that drive growth & enhance market share.

    To increase reach by strengthening the infrastructure in terms of manpower, branches and delivery systems.

  • To broaden the product portfolio thereby increasing our share of ownership/presence in all class of outlets.

  •  To set up projects for manufacturing appliances in kit form to facilitate import substitution. Protection to these industries with Government support by increasing import barriers.

  •  To focus on products that are not import substitutable, and hence attract low duty rates and competition from the gray market.

  • To step up supplies to Government by strategic alliances with pharmaceutical companies whose products have WHO GMP approval.

  • To convince our existing multinational partners to give us the opportunity to expand our relationships to other parts of Sub-Saharan Africa.
